Meet the Team
Paul Olesuk

Paul is GPS’s next generation of Olesuks. Outside of the four years that Paul lived in Las Vegas and worked as a musician, Paul has been part of the Graduate team since 2010.  Like his Dad, Paul has deep knowledge of the principles of pest management and in 2011, completed the rigorous program in Pest Management Technology through Purdue University. He holds supervisory licenses in both CT and MA, helping GPS customers solve their pest problems. Born in Chicago and raised in Western Massachusetts, Paul is a trained jazz trombonist who has played professionally on the east coast as well as in Las Vegas. He enjoys both the music world and the customer service environment of GPS.

Glenn Olesuk

Glenn is the founder of Graduate Pest Solutions. Educated as an Entomologist in the Forestry Program at Syracuse State University, Glenn has a true fascination with insects, their behaviors, and life cycles. Glenn is equally passionate about solving problems and helping people. For him, GPS’s mission says it all: Knowledge & Service for Your Comfort & Health. Over the years and under his leadership, Glenn has set the tone for Graduate’s positive culture that is both customer and employee-centric. He is well known for his practical wisdom and quirky sense of humor. Glenn is an avid hiker in his free time, drawn to the forest and the mountains.

Brenda Olesuk

Brenda is both the co-founder of Graduate Pest Solutions and an entrepreneur by nature and she presides over the marketing, finance, administration, and strategic aspects of our company. Prior to joining Glenn in building Graduate, Brenda enjoyed working with numerous companies in a variety of industries, helping them grow to the next level and has held executive positions in the accounting and finance industry.  Over the years, Brenda has shared her knowledge and passion for business at numerous regional and national seminars and conferences, serving as a training facilitator, presenter, and topic panelist. 

Mike Blain

Mike serves as GPS’s Service Operations Manager. Licensed in both CT and MA, Mike has substantial experience in both pest control and lawn care. He enjoys helping our customers solve their pest problems and live/work in a pest-free environment. Mike is an avid and lifelong learner who is passionate about teaching and sharing his knowledge. Ask him a question – he likely has the correct answer! Mike loves spending time outdoors with his family in his spare time and is an avid camper. He also is Fan#1 of craft brews, namely Barreled Souls.

Nate Dias

Nate is licensed in and serves both Massachusetts and Connecticut. With a background in home services, Nate enjoys working with people in their homes. His friendly and approachable demeanor is appreciated by our customers and their furry family members. He currently lives in Hampden, MA, and spends his free time outdoors, especially fishing and archery. When he's not working, he can be found at the gym.

Jabes Rosado

'Havi' is licensed in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. His prior automotive, mechanical, and customer service background is a great match for Graduate's standard for customer service. Our customers are grateful for his thoroughness, approachability, and reliability. He resides in East Windsor, CT, and spends his free time with his young family.

Liam Philpott

Liam serves and is licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut. His attention to detail is especially helpful in identifying problems in and around the home and workplace. As a naturally good listener, Liam focuses on good communication and making sure our customers feel heard.

Jarrod Awand

Jarrod is licensed to serve Massachusetts and Connecticut. He brings his customer service background to GPS customers, helping them find the right solutions for their issues. His mechanical aptitude and excellent people skills bring great energy to serving our customers. 

Matt O’Donnell

Matt serves both MA and CT. He brings this experience to serving GPS customers – inside and outside their homes and workspaces. He is goal-oriented and focused on solving our customers’ pest problems – with a smile.

Sheena Saunders

Sheena is at the center of Graduate’s customer service. She enjoys speaking with people to understand their needs, answer their questions and will work to promptly schedule our technicians to serve our clients. As out "Queen Bee," Sheena keeps everything buzzin’ at GPS! Sheena lives in Monson doing what she loves best, being with her family and raising her three children.

Tiffany Lopez

Tiffany excels at customer service, organization, planning, scheduling, and multitasking, making her a perfect fit for tending to Graduate’s clients. You will hear from Tiffany after your service and she’ll take your feedback to ensure we’re always performing at our best. In her personal time, she loves spending time with her family and lounging in their hammocks. She has a passion for baking, cooking and and an eye for design. 

Evelyn Theroux

Evelyn has had a long career as an accountant, working in multiple industries of all sizes. She has a passion for helping others and uses her skillset to keep Graduate’s financial records accurate and our processes running smoothly (which definitely helps us all!). ‘Ev’ loves spending time with her family and grandson, and is an enthusiastic member of her local wine club.

Bill Cunningham

Bill is the creative "unicorn" behind Graduate's marketing presence, bringing multiple marketing disciplines in one sparkly package. He manages the Graduate social profiles, delivering dad puns regularly. He spends his free time with his daughter building LEGO sets and being a human jungle gym.
