Glenn is the heart and soul of Graduate Pest Solutions. Educated as an Entomologist in the Forestry Program at Syracuse State University, Glenn has a true fascination with insects, their behaviors and life cycles. Glenn is equally passionate about solving problems and helping people. For him, GPS’s mission says it all: Knowledge & Service for Your Comfort & Health.
Glenn lives in Hampden, MA with his wife and business partner, Brenda and his gran’puppies, Bruin and Stella (yes, He inherited both Bruin and Stella from his sons, Paul and Scott, and they are now living comfortable with Glenn and Brenda). In his free time, Glenn is an avid hiker, drawn to the forest and the mountains.
Paul serves as GPS’s Service Technician, covering both the Hartford to Springfield and Springfield to Northampton areas. Yes, Paul is related to Glenn and is GPS’s next generation of Olesuks. Outside of the four years that Paul lived in Las Vegas and worked as a musician, Paul has been part of the Graduate team since 2010. Like his Dad, Paul enjoys the principles of pest management and in 2011, completed the rigorous program in Pest Management Technology through Purdue University. He holds supervisory licenses in both CT and MA, helping GPS customers solve their pest problems.
Born in Chicago and raised in Western Massachusetts, Paul is a trained jazz trombonist who has played professionally on the east coast as well as in Las Vegas. He enjoys both the music world and the customer service environment of GPS.
Matt serves as GPS’s Service Technician, with a primary focus on the Springfield to Northampton area. His background includes pest control in the lawn care environment, and Matt brings this experience to serving GPS customers – inside and outside of their home and work spaces.
A Ludlow native, Matt is by nature thorough, service oriented and easy to work with. He is goal oriented and focused on solving our customers’ pest problems – with a smile. Matt is also very athletic. While he loves all of New England teams, Matt is a football guy (go Pats!), and to this day, holds the Ludlow High School record for longest field goal at 47 yards … now that’s a kick!
Mike serves as GPS’s Service Technician with a primary focus on the Hartford/ Northern Connecticut area. Mike has substantial experience in both pest control and lawncare. He enjoys helping our customers solve their pest problems and live/work in a pest-free environment. A native of Somers, CT, Mike loves spending time outdoors with his son Malcolm, and is an avid camper. He also is Fan#1 of craft brews, specifically TreeHouse. Mike is also an avid learner. Ask him a question – he likely has the right answer!
Nate serves both Massachusetts and Connecticut. With a background in home services, Nate enjoys working with people in their homes. He currently lives in Hampden, MA and spends his free time outdoors, especially fishing. When he's not working, he can be found at the gym!
Sheena is at the center of Graduate’s customer service. She enjoys speaking with people to understand their needs, answer their questions and will work to promptly schedule our technicians to serve our clients. Sheena keeps everything buzzin’ at GPS!
Sheena lives in Monson doing what she loves best, being with her family and raising her three children.
Brenda is the behind-the-scenes presence at Graduate. She covers the finance, marketing and administration for the company. Brenda loves business and enjoys developing GPS with Glenn to best meet our customers' needs.
Cherie enjoys keeping Graduate’s books accurate and efficient! She has worked with numerous small businesses as a bookkeeping consultant in pubic accounting, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries in CT and MA. Cherie enjoys growth through learning and brings a "big picture" approach to bookkeeping and administration.
Cherie lives in Enfield, but enjoys weekend lake life in NH, dogs (especially Bruin and Stella) and quilting.
Bruin, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fetchology, has been with the company since its inception. Bruin can be found riding shotgun in the Graduate truck with Glenn, providing navigational services. His responsibilities include diligently watching over GPS employees, providing break opportunities for belly rubs, and dutifully alerting the GPS office staff when visitors arrive.
When not working, Bruin enjoys long walks in forest, chasing squirrels and watching reruns of the Dog Whisperer, Dog the Bounty Hunter and movies such as Turner and Hooch, Marley and Me and Air Bud.
