About Our Base Warranty

All services provided Graduate Pest Solutions come with a minimum 30-day warranty. This means if any pests return during the warranty period will be handled by us. Our technicians will return, perform a thorough inspection and treat any areas need. No additional fees will be incurred if signs of returning pests are discovered.

Want to be covered all year long?

For all of our GradShield plans, your warranty is active as long as your home is on a plan. That means any sign of pests requires no further fees as long as they're under Basic Care. For higher tiers (Gold and Emerald), this includes all pests in Basic and Extended Care.

Basic Care

Carpenter Ants, Small Ants, House Crickets, Spider Mites, Outdoor Spiders, Centipedes, Millipedes, Ground Beetles, and Earwigs

Extended Care

Firebrats, Silverfish, Cockroaches, including German, American, Brown Banded, and Oriental. Sow Bugs, Pill Bugs, Clothes Moths, Clover Mites, Springtails, and Stink Bug and Lady Bug Reduction, Pantry Pests (including Cigarette Beetles, Confused Flower Beetles, Drugstore Beetles, Granary Weevils, Lesser Grain Borers, Lesser Meal Worms, Merchant Grain Beetles, Meal Worms, Red Flower Beetles, Rice Weevils, Sawtooth Grain Beetles, and Indian Meal Moths)

Our GradShield Programs are designed to be preventative. Existing infestations will require an initial corrective service which will be quoted separately. There is no charge for extra services for pests and areas covered in each Service Plan.

Licensed in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, we provide extermination and pest control solutions for communities in the Pioneer Valley. From Hartford County in Connecticut to Hampden and Hampshire Counties in Massachusetts, we are a locally owned and operated company with 34 years of experience providing quality pest solutions for the home and workplace. Graduate Pest Solutions is a member of the New England Pest Management Association (NEPMA) and the National Pest Management Association (NPMA).

As a degreed entomologist, owner Glenn Olesuk has technical expertise in structural pest control and has taught both MA and CT state training and certification programs to area pest control companies throughout New England and New York. It is with this knowledge and experience that all Graduate Pest Solutions staff provide responsive, professional and effective solutions to your pest problems.
